Shuttle Service

The Organizing Committee will provide shuttle services between airport/train station and hotel, and official hotel – venue – official
hotel transportation for accredited teams during the event, at a cost of ¥500 (€about 60) per person, covering:
(1) One round-trip airport/ train station - Official Hotels;
(2) Daily Shuttle Services: Official Hotel - Venue- Official Hotel

Booking:
Reservations must be made 7 working days in advance by email (specifying service time, route, number of passengers, vehicle type and special needs such as wheelchair accessibility). Available vehicles include coaches, commercial vehicles and accessible vehicles.
Cancellation:
Cancellation made ≥3 working days before service: full refund
Cancellation made 2 working days before service: 50% refund
Cancellation made 1 working day before service, on the service day, or no-show: no refund
Others: Any modification (time / route / vehicle type) must be applied for 24 hours in advance (subject to schedule coordination). Full refund will be provided if the event is cancelled or postponed; cancellations due to personal reasons shall follow the above rules.
